Our consultation is structured as a series of sessions. We start by understanding your current position, finances, and goals. From there, we map out the different paths available to you before moving into shortlisting and evaluating specific projects based on your objectives.
We do not charge for our consultation services. For private property purchases, our consultants work on a co-broke basis, so there is no cost to you. For resale HDB purchases, a fee of 1% + GST applies upon successful completion.
